Meet the Chefs

Executive Chef Sue Zierle

As Executive Chef, Sue emphasizes the importance of harmony in the flavor, balance and texture of her dishes. Sue’s menus showcase her passion for using fresh ingredients in fine dining.

Sous Chef Bill Zierle

In his role as Sous Chef, Bill uses his talents to create from-scratch menu items that are equally pleasing to both the palate and the eye. His standard of excellence is second to none.

Bill and Sue have a wide range of experience in the culinary arts, from sushi and seafood to home-cooked classics to fine dining. They are well versed in the nuances of regional fare, having worked in such diverse locales as New Jersey, Kentucky, and Utah. The Zierles enjoy cooking for large groups as well as for small gatherings. We are sure that with the variety they bring, you will be pleased with what Sue and Bill have to offer you and your guests for your dining experience at the Odessa.
